Our Promise
We want you to be happy with StaxFlow. If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription, we'll make it right. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro subscription payment, no questions asked. This gives you two weeks to try all the Pro features risk-free.
If StaxFlow Pro isn't working for you within those first 14 days, just email us at info@staxflow.io and we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
After 14 Days
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. Even after the 14-day period, contact us if you're experiencing issues. We'll review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, especially if:
- • You experienced significant technical problems that prevented you from using the service
- • There was a billing error or you were charged incorrectly
- • You forgot to cancel before renewal (we're human too)
What Isn't Refundable
We can't provide refunds in the following situations:
- • Partial months after you've used the service for most of the billing period
- • If you've significantly violated our Terms of Service
- • Requests made more than 60 days after the charge date
Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Here's what happens:
- • You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- • At the end of the period, you'll automatically switch to the Free plan
- • You won't lose any of your trading data
- • You can upgrade again anytime
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at info@staxflow.io
- Include your account email address
- Let us know why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
- We'll respond within 2 business days
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment method. We'll send you a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.
