1. Welcome to StaxFlow

Thanks for using StaxFlow! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our trading journal and portfolio tracking service. By using StaxFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Your Account

To use StaxFlow, you'll need to create an account. Please provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use StaxFlow. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. What StaxFlow Does (and Doesn't Do)

StaxFlow is a trading journal and portfolio tracking tool. We help you log trades, track positions, and analyze your performance. We're not a broker, financial advisor, or investment platform.

Important: StaxFlow does not execute trades, provide investment advice, or guarantee any returns. All trading decisions are yours alone. Past performance tracked in StaxFlow does not guarantee future results.

4. Your Data

Your trading data belongs to you. We store it securely and use it only to provide our service. We don't sell your data to third parties. You can export your data or delete your account at any time.

5. Free and Paid Plans

StaxFlow offers a free plan with limited trade entries (20 trades) and a Pro plan with unlimited trades for $10/month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

If you cancel your Pro subscription, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then automatically switch to the free plan. You won't lose any existing data.

6. Acceptable Use

Please use StaxFlow responsibly. Don't try to hack our systems, spam other users, or use our service for anything illegal. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Service Availability

We work hard to keep StaxFlow running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to perform maintenance or experience technical issues from time to time.

8. Limitation of Liability

StaxFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or other damages that may result from using our service.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to StaxFlow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you used our free plan.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the service. Your continued use of StaxFlow after changes means you accept the new Terms.
